Job Description

HSE System Management & Legal Compliance

• Build, implement, and maintain the HSE management system in accordance with Vietnamese laws and company standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulations related to occupational safety, environment, and occupational health.
• Work with relevant authorities such as Labor Inspectorate, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, and Fire Prevention & Fighting authorities.

Risk Management, Training & Incident Handling

• Conduct risk assessments, identify hazards, and propose suitable control measures.
• Organize HSE training for employees, contractors, and factory visitors.
• Investigate, analyze, and report incidents or workplace accidents, then propose preventive and improvement actions.

Fire Safety, Contractor Supervision & Reporting

• Manage fire prevention and fighting, emergency response, and periodic emergency drills.
• Supervise HSE compliance of contractors, construction units, and external partners.
• Prepare periodic HSE reports for the Board of Directors and relevant stakeholders.

Job Requirement

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environment, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in a manufacturing company, with team management experience.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of Vietnamese laws and regulations on occupational safety, environment, and occupational health.
• Good capability in HSE system implementation, risk assessment, hazard identification, incident investigation, and corrective action planning.
• Good communication, training, problem-solving, and situation-handling skills.
• HSE, occupational safety, or fire prevention and fighting certificates are an advantage.

Language / Other Requirements

• Able to use Chinese at work.
• Age requirement: candidates born between the 1970s and 1990s.
• Ability to work with Chinese management and relevant government authorities.
