Job Description
Strategic HR Planning & Advisory
- Research, forecast human resource needs, and develop both short-term and long-term HR strategies that strongly align with the company's business goals.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Board of Directors regarding organizational structure, personnel optimization, and labor policies.
Talent Acquisition & Training
- Plan and directly participate in the recruitment process for senior-level personnel and large-scale mass hiring campaigns.
- Organize and oversee comprehensive training programs to continuously enhance the professional skills and capabilities of all employees.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
- Build, implement, and rigorously supervise the company's salary, bonus, insurance, and other welfare systems to attract and retain high-performing talent.
- Propose well-founded recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding employee rewards, disciplinary actions, salary increments, or labor contract terminations.
Administration & Corporate Culture
- Establish, issue, and actively monitor compliance with the company's internal labor rules and regulations.
- Organize internal activities and initiatives to build a strong, cohesive corporate culture and maintain a highly professional working environment.
Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution
- Manage and direct all staff members within the Human Resources department effectively.
- Coordinate seamlessly with other cross-functional departments to drive and manage overall employee performance.
- Address and resolve labor disputes and internal conflicts swiftly, fairly, and in accordance with legal regulations.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional working experience in an equivalent HR Manager or Head of HR position.
- Solid and comprehensive understanding of local labor laws, performance management systems, and advanced C&B structures.
Skills & Competencies
- Good proficiency in either English or Chinese is strictly required for professional communication.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, cross-functional communication, and complex problem-solving skills.
Personality & Attitude
- Highly tactful, empathetic, and skillful in handling interpersonal relationships and conflict resolution.
- Proactive, objective, and deeply dedicated to building a positive, inclusive, and high-performance organizational culture.
