Job Description
Product Development:
- Design and curate distinctive travel experiences, focusing initially on Southeast Asia.
- Develop diverse product portfolios catering to various travel styles (cultural immersion, sustainable tourism, adventure travel).
- Create travel products that meet international service standards while offering authentic local experiences.
Market & Quality Management:
- Monitor global travel trends, consumer behavior, and market demands.
- Analyze customer feedback and use data-driven insights to implement product improvements.
- Establish and maintain quality standards with local suppliers and partners.
- Develop and implement product pricing strategies for international markets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on product promotion and sales strategies.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of product specialists and coordinators.
- Drive team performance, foster collaboration, and support professional development initiatives.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, guides, and service providers in the region.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on product positioning and marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of travel experiences.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in tour operations or the travel industry.
- Proven track record in product development within the travel sector.
- Strong interest and skills in detailed itinerary planning.
- Excellent time management, multitasking abilities, and the capacity to work well under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive and results-oriented approach, and a passion for adventure travel.
- Fluency in English.
