Job Description
Translation & Interpretation
- Provide Chinese-Vietnamese interpretation during meetings and discussions related to Human Resources and Administration.
- Translate various corporate documents including internal regulations, company policies, labor contracts, and official notices.
HR & Administrative Support
- Support and facilitate clear communication between senior management and staff members.
- Participate in and assist with daily HR and administrative tasks, including managing personnel records, timekeeping, and general office administration.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Chinese Language, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- 1 to 3 years of experience working in HR and Admin roles.
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing or Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) company is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent in Chinese is a mandatory requirement, with a proficiency level of HSK 5 or above.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively bridge language gaps.
Personality & Attitude
- Careful, detail-oriented, and highly responsible in daily tasks.
- Strong commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive HR and corporate information.
