Job Description
1. Main Responsibilities
- Act as a communication bridge between foreign supervisors/managers and Vietnamese workers.
- Provide accurate interpretation among English, Chinese, and Vietnamese to convey work instructions, production requirements, procedures, and related information.
- Support daily communication, meetings, training, and problem-solving activities on site.
2. Administrative & Assistant Support
- Assist with administrative (admin) tasks of the department, including preparing documents, reports, emails, and internal notices.
- Support tracking, summarizing, and reporting work progress as requested.
- Act as an assistant to the Department Manager, supporting scheduling, meetings, and other assigned tasks.
3. Coordination
- Coordinate closely with relevant departments to ensure information is communicated clearly, accurately, and in a timely manner.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Manager or Management.
Job Requirement
- Translator experience (Good English and Chinese communication skills)
- Priority is given to candidates who can translate technical/production fields.
