Job Description
Training & Quality Team Management
- Manage the team of QAs and Trainers.
- Ensure process quality and training are delivered effectively within stipulated timelines.
- Reduce the learning curve and enhance product and process knowledge for new joiners.
- Ensure uniform training quality across training teams in line with client requirements.
Reporting, Calibration & Stakeholder Management
- Analyze data and prepare designated reports and presentation decks.
- Manage client and stakeholder communication.
- Participate in internal and external calibrations.
- Improve calibration among QIC, SME, and CSM within the team.
- Streamline communication channels with other functions and clients.
Quality Framework, Compliance & Improvement
- Evaluate process quality and take tangible corrective actions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training and development interventions.
- Design and develop the quality framework.
- Provide clear and specific feedback to Front Line Recruitment Teams on new hire quality.
- Ensure internal policies, procedures, and compliance regulations are followed.
- Make recommendations and drive improvement.
