Job Description
Production Planning & Coordination
- Receive production plans from management and assign daily tasks to production workers.
- Monitor production progress to ensure timely and efficient completion according to schedule.
- Supervise daily team performance and ensure compliance with operational standards.
Quality Control & Efficiency
- Ensure products meet technical, quality, and delivery requirements.
- Report promptly to supervisors regarding production issues or unexpected incidents.
- Monitor machinery, tools, and production equipment to ensure smooth operation and report maintenance needs.
- Optimize raw material usage and prevent waste during production.
Operational Management & Team Supervision
- Lead and motivate the production team to achieve output, quality, and safety targets.
- Provide guidance and support to workers during operation.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety and cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth production flow.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- High School Diploma, Vocational, or College degree in a technical or industrial field.
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader or in a similar supervisory position.
Skills & Competencies
- Good understanding of production processes and quality control standards.
- Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Responsible, honest, and able to work under pressure.
- Flexible to work either office hours or shifts based on production schedules.
