Job Description
Channel Management
- Develop and execute channel-specific promotions and activations at outlet levels aligned with channel strategy, commercial planning, and assigned budgets.
- Collaborate with Sales to design best-in-class activities, implement customer segmentation, and drive sales growth.
- Create and deploy Point-of-Sale Materials (POSMs) to strengthen brand visibility and consistency across touchpoints.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on the impact and ROI of promotional and activation initiatives.
Business Acumen & Intelligence
- Conduct monthly and quarterly channel performance analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to align offerings with market needs.
- Translate analytical insights into actionable strategies to expand distribution and sales.
- Provide consumer and customer insights from the field to ensure continuous relevance of the company’s portfolio.
Budgeting & Control
- Formulate operational plans with key activities and detailed budgets.
- Track spending, contracts, and payments to ensure compliance with strategic guidelines and cost efficiency.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in trade/field marketing.
- Experience in alcoholic beverage or FMCG industry is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
