End-to-End Supply Chain Leadership

• Provide strategic direction for importation, customs clearance, warehousing, and distribution.
• Ensure reliable product availability while minimizing operational risks and driving continuous improvement.

Inventory Strategy & Working Capital Management

• Implement inventory strategies to ensure high service levels, optimize working capital, and minimize obsolescence.
• Monitor performance across storage points and lead decision-making during supply constraints.

Logistics & Distribution Excellence

• Oversee nationwide logistics to ensure high On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery and warehouse productivity.
• Manage strategic 3PL relationships to ensure service excellence and accountability.

Importation & Compliance Governance

• Lead importation activities, ensuring compliance with customs, product registration, labeling, and tax policies.
• Manage regulatory risks and act as the primary contact for external stakeholders and authorities.

Cost Management & Value Optimization

• Own the supply chain cost structure, identifying optimization initiatives while partnering with Finance to align operational decisions with financial targets.

Cross-Functional Business Partnering

• Provide supply insights to support business planning, commercial initiatives, and risk mitigation.
• Actively contribute to S&OP discussions to ensure supply feasibility and alignment with business priorities.

Performance Management & Team Leadership

• Define and track key KPIs including OTIF, logistics costs, and inventory health.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team in logistics, inventory control, and problem-solving.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related fields.

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in FMCG or regulated industries.
• Proven track record in logistics leadership, inventory/cost management, importation, and regulatory compliance.
• Exposure to Demand Planning or S&OP processes is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in logistics, warehousing, inventory optimization, and supply chain cost management.
• Analytical capability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and link operations to financial performance.
• Fluent in English.
