Job Description
Supplier Quality Management
- Take full responsibility for the overall quality management of all assigned suppliers.
- Monitor and track supplier quality improvements and handle any quality abnormalities proactively and effectively.
Auditing & Field Inspections
- Conduct regular and rigorous quality audits and inspections directly at the suppliers' manufacturing sites.
- Promote continuous quality improvement directly at the field level to prevent future defects and ensure production stability.
Corrective Action & Problem Solving
- Handle and resolve any abnormal quality issues independently without requiring constant supervision.
- Drive the execution of comprehensive 8D reports and perform root cause analysis using CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) methodologies.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree; there is no restriction on the specific field of study.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience related to SQE (Supplier Quality Engineering) or general Quality Management.
- Deep and practical understanding of supplier quality management processes and auditing standards.
Skills & Competencies
- Highly proficient in creating 8D reports, executing CAPA analyses, and driving field-level improvements.
- Excellent communication, cross-functional coordination, and analytical problem-solving skills.
Personality & Attitude
- Male candidates aged between 20 and 30 years old are preferred due to the dynamic nature of field inspections.
- Highly adaptable and willing to travel frequently to conduct on-site inspections and audits at supplier facilities.
