Job Description
As a Sourcing and Procurement Executive, you will play a crucial role in our company's mission to source and export high-quality seafood, tropical fruits, and other perishables from Vietnam to various destinations. Your responsibilities will include:
+ Sourcing: Identifying and establishing relationships with reputable suppliers of seafood products (prawns, lobsters, crayfish, fish, etc.), tropical fruits (durians, dragon fruit, etc.), and other perishables in Vietnam.
+ Procurement: Negotiating contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-efficiency and quality standards are met.
+ Compliance: Understanding Vietnamese export licensing and cross-border requirements, ensuring all shipments meet regulatory standards.
+ Communication: Effectively communicating with suppliers, partners, and team members, including English language proficiency.
+ Market Analysis: Staying up to date with market trends and supplier performance to make informed sourcing decisions.
Job Requirement
Intimate knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Proven expertise in sourcing seafood, tropical fruits, and perishables from Vietnam.
Familiarity with Vietnamese export licensing and cross-border requirements is an advantage.
