Strategic Marketing & Market Intelligence

• Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and sales performance tracking.
• Monitor competitor activities and pricing benchmarks to contribute to long-term strategic planning and annual budgeting.
• Support detailed forecasting regarding sales, market share, and marketing investments.

Product Management & Marketing

• Manage and update the product portfolio and catalogues while supporting new product setup and data management in SAP.
• Develop effective pricing strategies, maintain price lists, and contribute to marketing plans and stock forecasting.
• Collaborate extensively with regional and global marketing teams to support the development of marketing materials and product positioning.

Operational Marketing

• Engage regularly with distributors and customers to gather valuable market insights.
• Develop impactful marketing tools including brochures, demo kits, and presentations to support sales teams with product information and technical materials.
• Organize successful product launches, training sessions, and targeted promotional campaigns for key customers.

Communication & Digital Marketing

• Manage relationships professionally with media, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Plan and execute a robust content strategy across various communication channels and manage social media platforms while tracking performance KPIs.
• Localize global marketing materials for the Vietnam market, optimize website content, analyze traffic performance, and monitor intellectual property and brand protection issues.

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare accurate annual marketing budgets and quarterly performance reports.
• Coordinate product certification renewals seamlessly with technical engineering teams.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, or Marketing Communications.
• Proven experience working in a B2B environment, specifically within the construction, electrical, or infrastructure industries, is highly preferred.
• Comfortable and experienced in working with and marketing technical products.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills combined with excellent project management and coordination capabilities.
• Proficient in modern marketing tools including Photoshop, Google Analytics, SEO techniques, and various social media platforms.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are strictly required for regional collaboration.
• Advanced proficiency in the MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
