Job Description

Procurement Management

• Manage all activities related to the procurement of production raw materials and essential supplies.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop potential suppliers to ensure high-quality material sources.
• Negotiate purchase prices, delivery terms, and payment conditions to optimize costs for the company.
• Monitor delivery progress, handle supply chain issues, and address any arising discrepancies.
• Operational Coordination
• Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, and Warehouse departments to ensure materials are available in time for production schedules.
• Oversee inventory levels to maintain optimal stock while preventing material shortages or excess.
• Prepare and analyze purchasing reports to track spending, performance, and budget compliance.
• Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and quality standards.
• Team Management
• Supervise and support the purchasing team to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently.
• Train and develop team members to improve their professional skills and operational knowledge.
• Foster a collaborative and effective working environment within the department.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of purchasing procedures, supply chain management, and inventory control.
• Experience working directly with suppliers, managing contracts, and negotiating commercial terms.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP/MRP systems.
• Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and Chinese (essential for direct reporting to leadership).
• Ability to analyze data and monitor market trends to support procurement strategies.
