Job Description
- Identify and onboard new sellers, assisting them in driving sales growth on Amazon.
- Manage a pipeline of prospective sellers, from identification and qualification to onboarding and sales growth.
- Engage with potential sellers to understand their needs and promote the Amazon Services product set.
- Assist sellers during the onboarding process, managing timelines and action plans.
- Track account information and seller status using Salesforce CRM.
- Develop a strong understanding of Selling on Amazon products and functionalities.
- Drive feature adoption among sellers to achieve operational metrics.
Job Requirement
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- 7+ years of successful sales or account management experience (B2B sales experience, understanding of local manufacturing and Vietnam export preferred).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong result-orientation, commitment, and ownership.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset; proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle ambiguity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Fluency in Chinese is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with international/cross-cultural teams.
- Experience with Small and Medium Businesses or large national brands.
- Experience in global e-commerce, marketplaces, or retail.
- Proficiency in analytical, marketing, productivity, and online collaboration tools.
