Job Description

  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Work with subject matter experts and project teams to gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements. Identify areas for process improvement and provide guidance on best practices.
  • System Design & Configuration: Design, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules based on stakeholder requirements.
  • Testing & Training: Conduct end-user training, and lead unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Documentation & User Support: Develop user guides and provide documentation to facilitate successful system adoption. Offer production go-live support and manage role-based permissions for assigned SuccessFactors modules.
  • Project Management & Risk Mitigation: Drive project execution, ensuring adherence to milestones, quality standards, and business sign-off processes. Manage identified risks and monitor potential impact on assigned modules.
  • Process & Security Management: Develop and implement best practices, processes, and standards. Design and manage data accessibility/security matrix for the organization.

Job Requirement

  • Hands-on experience configuring and supporting at least three SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, Learning Management, PMGM, Compensation, Succession, CDP).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
