Job Description
Strategic Management & Orientation
- Define and implement short-term and long-term business development strategies.
- Oversee all Sales and Marketing operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Take full accountability for the department’s overall revenue and profit performance.
Team Management & Development
- Lead, train, and evaluate staff competency to ensure high performance.
- Allocate customer portfolios to Team Leaders based on individual capabilities.
- Supervise daily departmental operations and provide guidance to ensure operational efficiency.
Business & Market Development
- Proactively connect and seek new business opportunities and cargo sources.
- Negotiate and finalize deals with high-potential and high-revenue clients.
- Provide direct support to Team Leaders and Sales Executives for major business transactions.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Develop and execute overall Marketing plans for both online and offline channels.
- Manage the Marketing budget and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Strengthen brand presence through digital channels (website, social media) and event organization (seminars, workshops).
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- College or University degree, preferably in Logistics, Economics, or International Business.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics sales at a similar management level.
- Solid knowledge of strategic management, business development, and finance.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email; CRM knowledge is a plus.
- Strong command of English or Chinese for professional business communication.
Personality & Attitude
- Decisive and capable of making strategic business decisions regarding pricing, contracts, and commission policies.
- Proactive in coordinating across departments to ensure departmental goals are met.
