Job Description

Main responsibility:

  • Develop & build the Sales team.
  • Do Sales coordination to achieve the Sales target.
  • Meet customer satisfaction by controlling customer orders and handling requests and complaints.
  • Involve in the development of new projects.
  • To seek new customers and increase the customer and product base.
  • To establish a good relationship and gain customer loyalty.
  • To update sales data and monitor customer payment.

Specification of the Job:

  • New design development and followed new project development.
  • Follow up on existing projects and new projects.
  • Do business intelligence such as surveys, business meetings, etc.
  • Perform effective communication with customers by trying to meet customer satisfaction, handle customer complaints, to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Selling price and price bargaining, analysis & pre-approval.

Job Requirement

Formal education: Bachelor's Degree / Diploma +.

Experiences: Min 8-10 years in a related position.

Skill:

  • Understanding of machine utility, production, and process (injection and blow machines).
  • Good sales and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Coordination skills to handle customers and projects.
  • Active communication skills in English.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office).
