Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and distributors.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Develop competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with other teams (marketing, production) to meet customer requirements.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Manage, guide, and coach sales team members.
  • Travel to meet customers, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events.

Job Requirement

  • At least 3 years of experience in the same position, managing at least 10 staff. Candidates with experience in the PU/PVC synthetic leather industry, especially in the shoe and bag sector, are highly preferred.
  • Excellent English language skills and strong management skills are required.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-making skills with both Vietnamese and foreign customers.
  • Ability to motivate the production department and support team to ensure timely shipments.
