Job Description
- Xây dựng và triển khai chiến lược kinh doanh, tăng trưởng doanh thu và thị phần cho công ty.
- Quản lý, điều hành và phát triển đội ngũ kinh doanh.
- Xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ khách hàng, đối tác.
- Tìm kiếm, phát triển khách hàng mới, duy trì và đảm bảo doanh thu theo mục tiêu.
- Phân tích thị trường, đề xuất chiến lược kinh doanh phù hợp.
- Báo cáo tình hình kinh doanh và đề xuất giải pháp tối ưu hoá hiệu quả kinh doanh.
Job Requirement
- Ít nhất 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành Phòng khám phẫu thuật thẩm mỹ cùng vị trí.
- Nữ, có ngoại hình ưa nhìn, phong cách chuyên nghiệp.
- Tuổi: Sinh từ 9x trở lên.
- Sử dụng tốt tiếng Việt - Anh
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán và thuyết phục xuất sắc.
- Kỹ năng phát triển thị trường và tổ chức hoạt động kinh doanh.
