Job Description
Sales Development & Customer Acquisition
- Manage sales activities in Vietnam for the ocean and air export-import market.
- Search, call, and build relationships with potential customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop potential customer pipelines.
Customer Relationship & Inquiry Handling
- Respond to customer requests and follow up on new inquiries.
- Arrange and attend customer visits, meetings, and business events.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
Reporting & Market Follow-up
- Prepare weekly reports on sales activities.
- Follow market prices, customer needs, and sales opportunities in the freight forwarding market.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the logistics field.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in International Business is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Good understanding of the freight forwarding market in Vietnam.
- Good sense of market prices and potential customers.
- Strong sales, customer development, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to take ownership of the position and work toward sales targets.
Language / Other Requirements
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience in ocean freight, air freight, import-export, or logistics sales is preferred.
Personality & Attitude
- Positive, friendly, and responsible working attitude.
- Proactive in customer approach and business development.
- Professional, resilient, and able to build long-term customer relationships.
