Job Description

Client Acquisition and Market Expansion

  • Proactively search for and approach Clients, Main Contractors, and M&E Contractors.
  • Target projects involving clean rooms and cold storage in civil, commercial, and industrial sectors.
  • Identify potential projects requiring insulated roofing, wall panels, and energy-saving solutions.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with key partners to establish a loyal client base.
  • Represent the company image in a professional, dedicated, and enthusiastic manner.

Coordination and Customer Service

  • Coordinate closely with customers and internal departments from the initial design stage to after-sales service.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Strategy and Execution

  • Plan and implement strategies to achieve personal sales targets through effective customer management.
  • Execute sales plans effectively to meet business objectives.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

  • College or University degree or higher.
  • Priority given to Technical majors.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or B2B sales of similar products or services.
  • Experience with construction materials, M&E, cold storage panels (PU/PIR/Rockwool), or insulation materials.
  • Knowledge of roofing/cladding materials for factories, clean room ceiling systems, or energy-saving solutions.

Skills & Competencies

  • Ability to work independently, manage customers, and achieve targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Language Skills

  • Good reading comprehension in English.
  • Basic communication skills in English or higher.

Personality & Attitude

  • Self-driven and result-oriented mindset suitable for a performance-based environment.
  • Confident, proactive, and capable of proposing better solutions.
  • Willing to take responsibility and accountable for output results.
