Job Description
Client Acquisition and Market Expansion
- Proactively search for and approach Clients, Main Contractors, and M&E Contractors.
- Target projects involving clean rooms and cold storage in civil, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Identify potential projects requiring insulated roofing, wall panels, and energy-saving solutions.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with key partners to establish a loyal client base.
- Represent the company image in a professional, dedicated, and enthusiastic manner.
Coordination and Customer Service
- Coordinate closely with customers and internal departments from the initial design stage to after-sales service.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Strategy and Execution
- Plan and implement strategies to achieve personal sales targets through effective customer management.
- Execute sales plans effectively to meet business objectives.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- College or University degree or higher.
- Priority given to Technical majors.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or B2B sales of similar products or services.
- Experience with construction materials, M&E, cold storage panels (PU/PIR/Rockwool), or insulation materials.
- Knowledge of roofing/cladding materials for factories, clean room ceiling systems, or energy-saving solutions.
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to work independently, manage customers, and achieve targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Language Skills
- Good reading comprehension in English.
- Basic communication skills in English or higher.
Personality & Attitude
- Self-driven and result-oriented mindset suitable for a performance-based environment.
- Confident, proactive, and capable of proposing better solutions.
- Willing to take responsibility and accountable for output results.
