Job Description

Retail Sales Supervision & Target Achievement

• Monitor and improve sales performance across assigned stores and areas.
• Execute sales targets and adjust strategies to achieve assigned monthly goals.
• Inspect sales activities and ensure sales effort quality and quantity meet company expectations.
• Prepare sales activity and management reports as required.

Team Management & Store Follow-up

• Lead and supervise Product Masters assigned across different stores or malls.
• Monitor Product Master attendance, movement, discipline, motivation, and daily sales activities.
• Regularly visit stores and product specialists to follow up retail execution.
• Plan and implement actions to improve team performance.

Retail Expansion & Cross-functional Coordination

• Identify distribution opportunities, analyze mall locations and street locations, and support distribution expansion.
• Assist Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Supervisors, and Channel Supervisors with freebies distribution, sales policy announcements, target decomposition, and monthly key targets.
• Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers, Key Account Managers, Area Sales Supervisors, Channel Supervisors, Merchandising, Retail Specialists, HR, and Store OICs.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by managem

Job Requirement

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or College degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of experience in the mobile phone industry; experience as a Sales Supervisor, Team Leader, or equivalent role is required.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of the smartphone market in Vietnam, including Northern, Central, and Southern regions.
• Familiar with local retail channels, retail customers, consumer behavior, store management, and customer experience maintenance.
• Good sales supervision, team management, target execution, reporting, and retail operation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Language / Other Requirements

• Fluent English is required.
• Chinese language proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Must be able to work with different nationalities and conduct fieldwork across assigned areas.
• No special physical requirements; candidate must be fit to work.
