Job Description
- Work collaboratively with both regional and in-country stakeholders on migration projects.
- Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, activities, and tasks for documentation.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure standard operating procedures are followed and deliverables are met.
- Perform feasibility analysis for process changes and partner with business teams for improvements.
- Identify and resolve routine problems and operational issues.
- Operate with limited supervision and exercise independent judgment.
- Act as SME to senior stakeholders and other team members.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 2 years of experience in operations with relevant experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines/unexpected changes.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proactive leadership and motivational skills.
