Job Description
- Quản lý, giám sát toàn bộ hoạt động sản xuất tại bộ phận được phân công (Phun sơn / Đánh bóng / In lụa / Đóng gói / Ép nhựa).
- Phân công công việc, điều phối nhân sự, đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng sản phẩm.
- Kiểm soát quy trình sản xuất, đề xuất cải tiến kỹ thuật, nâng cao hiệu suất làm việc và hạn chế lỗi phát sinh.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan (Kế hoạch, Kho, Kỹ thuật, QC...) để đảm bảo chuỗi sản xuất liên tục, hiệu quả.
- Đào tạo, hướng dẫn công nhân tuân thủ quy trình, nội quy và an toàn lao động.
- Báo cáo công việc định kỳ và theo yêu cầu.
Job Requirement
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý từ 3 năm trở lên tại vị trí tương đương trong lĩnh vực sản xuất công nghiệp (ưu tiên các ngành liên quan đến nhựa, sơn, in ấn, đóng gói).
- Giao tiếp tiếng Trung (nghe – nói).
- Kỹ năng quản lý, tổ chức và giải quyết vấn đề tốt.
- Năng động, trách nhiệm, chịu được áp lực công việc cao.
