Job Description
Quality Management & System Development
- Manage and ensure product quality meets internal and customer requirements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) across all production processes.
- Review and analyze technical documents, product specifications, and related quality standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and propose corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Product & Process Improvement
- Collaborate with R&D and Production teams to research, develop, and implement process or product improvements.
- Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead a quality team of approximately 30 members, including QC/QA engineers, technicians, and inspectors.
- Provide training, coaching, and professional development to enhance the team’s technical and analytical capabilities.
- Ensure a culture of quality awareness, accountability, and continuous improvement within the department.
Reporting & Communication
- Prepare and present professional quality reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment on product quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related technical fields.
Experience
- Proven expertise in quality management within the tape, adhesive film, or coating manufacturing industry.
- Experience managing a large quality team (20+ members) preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in Korean or English (required).
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade effectively.

- Able to handle high work pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong teamwork and independent working capability.
