Job Description
Quality System Management & Auditing
- Maintain and enhance the ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality management systems.
- Lead diverse audit activities, including internal audits, external audits, customer-site audits, and supplier quality assessments.
- Execute VDA 6.3 process audits and VDA 6.5 product audits to ensure process stability and adherence to customer requirements.
Process Control & Core Quality Tools
- Apply the six core quality tools (APQP, MSA, PFMEA, SPC, PPAP, and CP) to ensure manufacturing consistency.
- Utilize continuous improvement methodologies such as QCC and Six Sigma to drive operational efficiency.
Problem Solving & Customer Relations
- Resolve customer complaints effectively by conducting rigorous Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using Fishbone diagrams and "5 Why" techniques.
- Draft professional 8D reports in both English and Chinese to communicate technical findings and corrective actions to stakeholders.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- College degree or higher, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or related technical fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 3 years of quality management experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in metal stamping is highly preferred.
- Deep technical knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and VDA 6.5.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD software.
- Excellent English (written and verbal) for communication with international customers.
- Excellent Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for collaboration with Chinese leadership and colleagues.
Personality & Attitude
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of working effectively under high pressure.
- Strong team spirit with excellent communication and coordination skills.
