Job Description
- Conduct visual, mold fitting, and dimensional inspection for plastic injection products at supplier sites.
- Perform process patrols to ensure quality control and compliance.
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspection for packaging materials at supplier sites.
- Perform process patrols to ensure production quality and packaging standards.
- Follow-up on injection molding development process.
- Conduct regular patrol inspections at molding suppliers.
- Perform source inspections at injection molding suppliers to validate product quality before acceptance.
- Verify mass production feasibility at injection molding suppliers during the initial production phase.
Job Requirement
- Experience in quality control at injection molding companies or experience in mechanical design for injection molding (SET industry).
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in quality control or mold inspection.
Preferred Qualifications (At least one):
- Experience in operating injection molding machines.
- Experience in mold manufacturing or design.
- Experience in mechanical design for injection molding.
