Job Description
Quality plan:
- NCR creation occurs during manufacturing / during the goods receipt process and during the quality control process.
- Issue an NCR for incidents occurring during the crating process.
- Respond to NCR from the customer or send the NCR to the superior (Deputy Director).
Inspection:
- Monitor and oversee the welder skill inspection process.
- Monitor the quality control process.
- Supervise the fabrication process to ensure quality.
- Monitor the NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) process conducted by the subcontractor.
- Monitor the pressure testing process during the fabrication of process pipes.
- Monitor the galvanizing repair process and material preparation before crating.
- Develop, share, and provide feedback when identifying areas in the production process that need improvement or change.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Control the quality of incoming materials / quality of goods after galvanizing and the quality of galvanizing repairs.
- Control the defect rate of weld joints.
- Control errors in the crating process.
Job Requirement
- Over 2 years with experiences in a similar position.
- Graduated from University with major Mechanical engineering, fabrication, and welding.
- Minimum foreign language proficiency: TOEIC 450, IELTS 4, or HSK 3
- Able to work in a high-pressure environment
