Job Description

Quality Inspection & Control

• Execute comprehensive quality control processes including Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), and Final Quality Control (FQC).
• Inspect and supervise product quality and manufacturing processes directly on-site at various OEM partner factories.

Export Quality Assurance

• Conduct meticulous sampling and testing of export goods to guarantee all products meet strict quality and safety standards prior to final delivery.
• Monitor and control the final acceptance process for all export shipments to prevent defective products from reaching clients.

Defect Management & Coordination

• Coordinate proactively with OEM factories and internal cross-functional departments to address and resolve any quality-related issues promptly.
• Ensure that all manufacturing processes adhere to environmental regulations and standard operating procedures.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

• College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management, Manufacturing, Materials Engineering, or related technical fields.

Experience & Knowledge

• Proven experience in Quality Control roles covering IQC, IPQC, and FQC.
• Deep understanding of various tile products including polished tiles, wall tiles, glazed tiles, floor tiles, split tiles, ceramics, foam tiles, and SPC.
• Basic knowledge of ISO quality management systems, CR standards, environmental regulations, and Vietnamese legal compliance regarding manufacturing.
• Proven experience in manufacturing process control and the final acceptance of export goods.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication, negotiation, and proactive problem-solving skills to work effectively with OEM partners.
• Proficiency in Chinese is considered a significant advantage for communicating with management and suppliers.

Personality & Attitude

• Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining strict quality standards under pressure.
• Flexible and highly willing to travel for business trips, particularly to inspect OEM factories in the Northern region.
