Job Description

Quality Control & Measurement

• Use measuring equipment to inspect and measure film product characteristics.
• Manage quality control for goods, products, incoming materials, and outgoing products.
• Check production conditions and technical specifications to ensure product quality compliance.

Claim Analysis & Problem Solving

• Analyze, solve, and respond to customer claims and production-related quality issues.
• Handle work quickly, accurately, carefully, and within required timelines.
• Make decisions based on general instructions that may impact team, department, or company results.

Equipment & Team Coordination

• Control and maintain equipment used in the QA-QC room.
• Lead and coordinate QA-QC group members to complete assigned quality tasks.
• Communicate with internal departments, external parties, and local or foreign customers when required.

Job Requirement

Education & Experience

• College or Bachelor’s degree in Technical, Materials, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of working experience; experience in plastics or packaging industry is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Able to use measuring equipment and inspect film product characteristics.
• Good quality control, claim analysis, problem-solving, and technical inspection skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet.
• Able to prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly work plans.
• Able to lead one group and persuade team or department members when needed.

Language / Other Requirements

• Intermediate Japanese is required.
• English requirement: Not specified.
• Male or female candidates aged 28–36.
• Able to communicate with many people inside the company, external parties, and local or foreign customers.
