Job Description

QA Department Management

• Lead and manage the Quality Assurance (QA) department to ensure product quality and consistency for all customers, including major international brands.

Internal Audit Program Management

• Establish and manage internal GMP audit programs covering factory organization, material handling, worker discipline, and documentation.
• Conduct process/manufacturing audits, including assembly, painting/spraying, injection molding, packaging, and repair work.
• Conduct hygiene audits covering cleanliness, pest control, waste management, and personal hygiene.
• Conduct laboratory audits on testing methods, equipment calibration, documentation, and sample management.
• Perform warehouse/IQC/OQC audits focusing on storage, FIFO, labeling, traceability, packaging, and shipment.
• Perform internal audits of ISO/QMS according to ISO 9001 or equivalent standards.

CAPA Reporting and Improvement

• Analyze audit results, prepare clear reports, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) with related departments.
• Verify the effectiveness of implemented actions and ensure timely closure.

Customer Audit Coordination

• Prepare the factory for customer quality audits and serve as the primary liaison during audits (excluding social compliance/COC audits).
• Work directly with customers and internal teams to resolve quality complaints, non-conformities, and improvement requests, ensuring timely responses and follow-up.

Quality Management System (QMS) Development

• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the company’s QMS, including procedures, work instructions, and quality standards for toy and lighting products.

Quality Inspection Management (IQC / IPQC / FQC)

• Supervise incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection.
• Define inspection criteria based on customer requirements and internal standards.
• Manage sampling plans such as AQL.

Product Testing Coordination

• Plan and manage product testing activities (both in-house and external laboratories) to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards for toys and lighting products.

Regulation and Standard Compliance

• Regularly update knowledge of product-related quality and safety standards, as well as specific customer requirements.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience & Knowledge

• Practical experience in QA/QC within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in toy manufacturing, plastics, or consumer goods is an advantage.
• Experience with export markets is preferred.
• Strong understanding of QMS concepts and tools (ISO 9001, AQL, basic statistics, root cause analysis, CAPA, 8D or equivalent).

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and data-driven problem-solving mindset.
• Strong communication abilities, able to work effectively with shop-floor workers, engineers, and management.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, multi-SKU manufacturing environment while managing multiple projects and priorities.

Languages

• Proficiency in English is required due to frequent communication and reporting to customers and foreign managers.
