Job Description
- Ensure high-quality standards across all manufacturing stages (material inspection, sample evaluation, cutting, sewing, embroidery, printing, and final packing).
- Manage the QA team.
- Implement quality control procedures.
- Work closely with buyers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer specifications and industry best practices.
Job Requirement
- Apparel Production Management, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing Operations skills.
- Quality Control and Process Optimization skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Experience working in the apparel industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management is a plus.
- English proficiency.
