Job Description
- Management quality control system at the factories and subcontractors.
- Receive the product quality requirements from the buyers.
- Support QA team and factories/subcontractors during implement orders.
- Arrange QAs properly in the Zone to achieve high efficiency at work & cost saving.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the garments quality management system.
- Prepare, arrange QA & welcome the audit group for the QMS of the buyers or 3rd parties.
- Organize QA to audit, observe the quality compliance at each stage.
- Review the quality reports from QA, GTAS-QC to work with Factory Director and find out the properly corrective solutions.
- Organizing the implementation and handling of work in the garment quality management system to achieve high efficiency.
- Organizing and monitoring QA team to check Size set, Pilot, Inline, Mid -Line, Pre-final/ Final inspection before the Final audit.
- Base on the quality report, analyse data and risk assessment relating to garments quality to work with QA team, Factory Director to have corrective actions.
- To solve situations relating to the quality, special when buyer/ 3rd party does the final inspection and if have risk to fail the final inspection.
- Advice for QA Director/ Vice Director about the garments quality strategy.
- Building the good relationship with the buyers.
- Organize training the quality requirements of the new style for the QA team and factory before production.
- Organize training for QA about the QA skills and professional knowledge and train the KPIs of QA dept.
Job Requirement
- More than 05 years being manager in the Garment industry.
- Experience to manage the QMS.
- Analytical and making decision skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Team management skill.
- Technical sewing, washing skills.
- Good communication & convincement skills.
- Be able to work under pressure.
- University degree
- Foreign language: English communication.
- Office computers & Using the management software.
