Job Description

Quality Certification & Document Control

• Manage and maintain documentation related to HALAL, SMETA, KOSHER, HACCP, BRC, and other quality certification systems.
• Collect records, test results, supplier questionnaires, and required documents according to buyer and certification requirements.
• Control, edit, update, and maintain all records related to certification systems and quality standards.

Factory Inspection & Compliance Support

• Conduct daily factory inspections to ensure compliance with HALAL, SMETA, KOSHER, HACCP, BRC, and food safety standards.
• Perform cleaning inspections at company premises and request relevant departments to comply with required standards.
• Support internal assessments and coordinate with relevant departments during certification evaluations.

Audit, Corrective Action & Coordination

• Work directly with evaluators and inspection organizations according to customer standards and requirements.
• Support container traceability for each shipment loaded from the factory.
• Follow up corrective actions for customer complaints and perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Education & Experience

• Education requirement: Not specified.
• QA experience is required; experience with food safety certification systems is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of HALAL, SMETA, KOSHER, HACCP, BRC, and food safety documentation systems.
• Ability to manage certification records, supplier questionnaires, test results, audit documents, and compliance files.
• Good inspection, internal assessment, corrective action follow-up, and document control skills.
• Ability to coordinate with departments, evaluators, and inspection organizations.

Language / Other Requirements

• Language requirement: Not specified.
• Ability to support factory audits, certification maintenance, and customer requirement compliance.
• Familiarity with traceability control and food safety programs is preferred.
