Job Description

Production Planning & Control

• Ensure production schedules are met according to daily and weekly plans.
• Monitor and control PU production processes, ensuring optimal productivity and minimal waste.
• Supervise operators and technicians to ensure all work is carried out according to process standards.
• Coordinate with planning and quality departments to ensure material readiness and production consistency.

Quality & Process Management

• Ensure that PU products meet quality requirements and technical specifications.
• Conduct root cause analysis for any quality or process issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Work closely with QA/QC departments to uphold company standards and improve quality control procedures.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.

People Management

• Lead and motivate production team members to achieve KPIs in output, quality, and safety.
• Provide training and coaching to ensure operator skill development and compliance with production standards.
• Monitor staff performance, ensure discipline, and maintain team morale.

Safety & Maintenance

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all production activities.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery and equipment operate smoothly.
• Promote continuous improvement in safety and workplace organization (5S).

Continuous Improvement

• Identify and implement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen activities within the production area.
• Contribute to process optimization and waste reduction projects.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in PU production or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience in supervising or leading a production team is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of PU production processes and manufacturing principles.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
