Job Description

Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals and documentation that clearly articulate the value proposition and unique selling points of products/solutions.
Develop and generate presentation materials (for tenders, RFQs, RFIs, etc.) for internal and external use.
Generate ideas for the design and layout of brochures and exhibits.
Manage and update various documents, ensuring proper storage and archiving.
Support pre-sales activities (lead qualification, product demonstrations, market trend monitoring).

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in proposal writing, bid management, or a similar role.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Knowledge of software solutions or the IT industry.
Experience preparing tender responses, RFQs, RFIs, and other business proposals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management tools.
Fluent in English.
Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
