Job Description
- Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals and documentation that clearly articulate the value proposition and unique selling points of products/solutions.
- Develop and generate presentation materials (for tenders, RFQs, RFIs, etc.) for internal and external use.
- Generate ideas for the design and layout of brochures and exhibits.
- Manage and update various documents, ensuring proper storage and archiving.
- Support pre-sales activities (lead qualification, product demonstrations, market trend monitoring).
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in proposal writing, bid management, or a similar role.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of software solutions or the IT industry.
- Experience preparing tender responses, RFQs, RFIs, and other business proposals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management tools.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
