Job Description

1. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement

  • Develop and execute project sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, industrial, and commercial projects.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust sales approach effectively.

2. Project Development & Specification

  • Proactively approach and specify projects from early stages (concept/design phase).
  • Promote company solutions to Owners, Developers, Designers, Architects, and Contractors, especially in clean room and cold room sectors.
  • Drive specification to ensure products are selected and embedded in project design.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders (clients, consultants, contractors, and partners).
  • Act as the main point of contact for strategic accounts and major projects.
  • Expand network to generate sustainable project pipelines (both Private & Public sectors).

4. Project Lifecycle Management

  • Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation, development, tendering, negotiation, to project closure.
  • Coordinate internally with technical, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure timely and effective project execution.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project and after-sales process.

5. Team Leadership & Coordination (if applicable)

  • Guide and support junior sales members in project approach and client handling.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize project outcomes and service delivery.

6. Problem Solving & Customer Service

  • Handle customer complaints and issues effectively, coordinating with relevant teams to provide timely resolutions.
  • Ensure high standards of service quality and client satisfaction.

7. Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies and business ethics.

Job Requirement

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5+ years of experience in project sales, preferably in building materials, construction, clean room, or cold room solutions.
  • Experience in handling large-scale projects and working with consultants/contractors is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking with strong project management capability.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Highly self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good organizational and prioritization skills.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and leadership mindset.
