Job Description
Production & Technical Management
- Control production output, reject rates, raw material utilization, and machine downtime to meet targets.
- Analyze and identify root causes for machine or product issues and coordinate with relevant departments for permanent corrective actions.
- Optimize production processes and machine productivity by developing specific improvement plans and working procedures.
- Lead machine setups and technical integrations by working directly with equipment suppliers for new projects.
Safety, Quality & Process Compliance
- Ensure all work processes and results fully comply with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) requirements and internal work procedures.
- Develop SOPs for subordinates to ensure stable product quality and machine operation.
- Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) for product inspection submissions and manage the segregation of rejected/non-conforming products.
Team Leadership & Administration
- Manage and develop the production team, fostering a positive work environment through effective communication.
- Conduct technical training for subordinates (Technicians, Packers) and arrange manpower allocation based on production plans.
- Monitor overtime (OT) usage and prepare periodic performance reports (weekly/monthly) for management review
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar production/technical supervisory role.
- Proven technical expertise in Stretch Blow Molding processes.
- Experience in manpower management and resource planning within a manufacturing environment.
Skills & Competencies
- Active English communication skills.
- Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to understand machine principles and lead technical improvements independently.
Personality & Attitude
- Proactive, disciplined, and capable of fostering effective team relationships
