Job Description

Oversee the production process, ensuring manufacturing activities are executed within planned time and cost parameters, adjusting schedules as needed.
Maintain the highest standards of quality for all eyewear products, implementing quality control measures, supervising output, and promptly correcting deviations.
Lead, motivate, and support a large production team, addressing concerns, fostering teamwork, and providing guidance and feedback.
Serve as the key communicator between management and production staff, effectively disseminating instructions, goals, and feedback.
Monitor and evaluate production performance concerning productivity, quality, cost, and efficiency, using metrics to guide decisions.
Control production costs by optimizing resource utilization, working closely with procurement and logistics to manage supplies and minimize waste.
Identify training needs and opportunities for team growth, ensuring workers are well-trained on industry standards and safety regulations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe workplace, conducting safety audits, and leading by example.
Encourage innovation and continuous improvement, leading initiatives to improve production processes and techniques.
Prepare and submit regular reports on production progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior management.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or a similar role in Manufacturing.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Deep knowledge of production management and quality control standards.
Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
Chinese speaking and listening is required.
