Job Description

Strategic Planning: Conduct thorough research on emerging trends, analyze target demographics, and develop influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
Influencer Discovery & Relationship Management: Identify and recruit relevant global influencers across various social media platforms. Negotiate collaboration terms, build strong relationships, and maintain ongoing partnerships.
Content Collaboration & Direction: Provide creative briefs and guidance to influencers, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and resonates with the target audience.
Campaign Execution & Monitoring: Oversee the execution of influencer marketing campaigns. Track performance metrics, analyze results, and generate reports to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
Content & Social Media Management: Create high-quality, engaging video content for the company's social media channels. Manage and collaborate with global creators.
Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping abreast of the latest trends and developments within the influencer marketing landscape and across relevant social media platforms.

Job Requirement

2+ years of proven experience working directly with KOLs/KOCs/Creators, demonstrating a strong understanding of influencer marketing best practices and a proven ability to identify emerging trends and talent.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) with an IELTS score of 6.5 or higher (or equivalent).
Basic understanding of design principles and aesthetics.
Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere, or After Effects.
Excellent critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze content effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
A proactive and dedicated approach to continuous learning, staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies.
