Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare Production plan according to the sales department and Engineering department requirements to meet the customer deadline
- Responsible for implementation of production processes and procedures
- Prepare work orders based on production plan to all work stations
- Prepare monthly reports like Raw material usage, Internal Input/output note, Scrap evaluation, vendor input/output declaration
- Maintain data for work flow which includes work in progress to Finished goods
- Responsible for plant safety, 5S and Kaizen
- Implementing reverse planning procedure wrt match customer required date with Planning from Raw material till loading
- Knowledge of calculating cycle time and optimizing is an added advantage
- Sheet metal Knowledge is an added advantage
- Manage the overtime based on work load for weekdays and weekends and maintain time keeping for all workers
Job Requirement
Requirements:
- Any Degree with minimum of 4-5 years in Production department
- Good Communication Skills to build relationship with Employees – Staff and operators
- Strong analytical and research skills to evaluate Production plan
- Average English speaking would be an added advantage
Note:
- Weekly 5 days of working
- Working location – Tan phu trung, Cu chi District, HCMC
