Job Description
Production Control & Planning
- Develop and execute efficient production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing machine and manpower utilization.
- Manage MRP (Material Requirements Planning) processes to ensure raw material availability without excessive inventory overhead.
- Oversee inventory accuracy and customer delivery schedules to maintain high service levels.
Logistics & Warehouse Operations
- Manage raw material warehousing and optimize internal warehouse operations to ensure efficient flow.
- Oversee outbound shipment management to ensure goods are prepared, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.
Import / Export & Customs Compliance
- Direct import-export operations, customs clearance planning, and shipping documentation management.
- Ensure strict adherence to tax compliance, trade regulations, and customs policies.
- Coordinate effectively with freight forwarders and customs officers, handling any inquiries or issues raised by Vietnamese Customs authorities.
Team Leadership & Cross-functional Coordination
- Lead and mentor the PC&L (Production Control & Logistics) and Trade team, setting clear KPIs and monitoring performance.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal departments to ensure production goals align with logistics capabilities.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related technical fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in PC&L (Production Control & Logistics) within a manufacturing environment.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Manager or Supervisor role.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Import/Export and customs operations.
- Prior experience in electronic devices or automotive component manufacturing is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Good English communication skills for professional email, reporting, and meeting participation.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage MRP systems and trade compliance.
Personality & Attitude
- Decisive leader with a collaborative mindset, capable of managing external customs relations and internal production teams.
