Product Performance & Insights

• Systemise and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Implement methods to measure product/feature performance.
• Surface insights and create reports for Product Managers, Product Designers & Product Leadership Team.

Business Performance & Insights

• Generate reports on product performance and growth in line with corporate strategy
• Assist in budget management and financial tracking.

Market Research & Insights

• Conduct research and analyse data to determine Total Addressable Market (TAM), Serviceable Available Market (SAM), and Serviceable Obtainable Market (SOM).
• Conduct market intelligence research and surface insights to Product Managers to inform product roadmap and strategy.
• Collect and manage a centralized repository for market data and insights.

Product Team Tool Stack Management

• Manage and maintain the Product Team's tool stack, including JIRA.
• Make JIRA admin changes and updates to support product development and operational needs for Product, Technology, and supporting departments.
• Evaluate and manage portfolio tooling to ensure all tools and systems are configured to optimize team productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure the effective utilization and management of product management tools and systems.

Support Go-To-Market (GTM) Efforts

• Collaborate with the Product and Marketing teams to track and measure the success of GTM efforts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Surface metrics and data to the Product Manager, revealing insights.

Customer Interview and Recruitment Coordination

• Coordinate and manage the customer interview process, including scheduling, communication, and follow-up.
• Support the recruitment of customers for interviews and feedback sessions to gather valuable insights for product development.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in product operations, project management, business analysis or data analyst, or a related role. SQL experience desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
• Proficiency in using product management/project management tools and software, particularly JIRA (including JIRA admin capabilities) and Monday.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to work independently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Maybe add someone with some SQL background for basic queries instead of product management tools maybe we make it broader maybe product management / project management
