Job Description
Procurement Operations
- Procure goods, materials, components, and services in line with specified cost, quality, and delivery targets.
- Conduct sourcing and competitive quotation to ensure best value is achieved for the Company.
- Evaluate, negotiate, and award orders to selected suppliers.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
SLA and Compliance Management
- Achieve the Service Level Agreements (SLA) of the Shared Services Centre (SSC).
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines, purchasing policies, and procedures.
- Resolve all price, quality, delivery, or invoice issues.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Build, maintain, and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance work process efficiency.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
Experience & Knowledge
- At least two (2) years of experience in Procurement as a Buyer.
- Hands-on SAP experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and planning skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced shared services environment.
