Process & Technical Support

• Support the CNSL degumming project with practical knowledge of oil degumming, oil pretreatment, oil refining, or gum/phospholipid removal.
• Provide technical input to improve and stabilize the degumming process.
• Apply relevant experience from vegetable oil, edible oil, cashew oil, or CNSL manufacturing environments.

Equipment Setup & Commissioning

• Participate in equipment setup for the degumming or refining process.
• Support commissioning activities to ensure equipment and process flow are properly prepared for operation.
• Assist in conducting trial runs and evaluating process performance during testing stages.

Troubleshooting & Process Stabilization

• Identify and troubleshoot technical or operational issues during setup, trial runs, and stabilization.
• Recommend practical adjustments to improve process efficiency and consistency.
• Support the stabilization of the degumming process to achieve reliable operating results.

Job Requirement

Education & Experience

• Education requirement: Not specified.
• Practical experience in degumming, oil pretreatment, oil refining, or gum/phospholipid removal.
• Hands-on involvement in equipment setup, commissioning, trial runs, troubleshooting, and process stabilization.
• Experience in vegetable oil, edible oil, or cashew oil manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Candidates without direct degumming experience may be considered if they have a strong background in cashew oil or CNSL manufacturing.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical understanding of oil degumming or oil refining processes.
• Practical knowledge of equipment setup, commissioning, and trial operation.
• Ability to troubleshoot process and operational issues.
• Capability to support process stabilization in a specialized manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and hands-on technical execution skills.

Language / Other Requirements

• Relevant technical and operational experience is more important than formal job title.
