Job Description

Project Management & Innovation

• Design and structure improvement projects to ensure strict compliance with process work plans.
• Evaluate existing manufacturing systems and propose improvements to maximize operational efficiency.
• Create and develop innovative solutions for processes while researching and purchasing new manufacturing technology.

Process Design & Technical Support

• Define and lead the implementation of new production processes, equipment, machinery, and raw materials.
• Analyze entry requirements for new product development and existing product improvement projects.
• Design product specifications and critical control points for manufacturing.
• Work closely with equipment designers and manufacturing officers to develop a cost-effective and functional production process.

Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement

• Analyze performance indicators systematically to develop and execute actionable improvement plans.
• Implement efficient processes that drive profitable business outcomes.
• Document and communicate the results of design and product development to all involved stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and machine operators.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering processes within the manufacturing industry.
• Prior experience in companies specializing in flexible packaging, printing presses, blown film extrusion equipment, or bag-making machines is highly preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

• Must be 100% bilingual in English and Vietnamese with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Expertise in scientific problem-solving methods and systematic methodology.
• Proficient in organizing, planning, and prioritizing work effectively.
