Job Description

Existing Customer Portfolio Management

• Take comprehensive responsibility for caring for the assigned Priority/VIP customer portfolio.
• Consult and update market information and financial solutions for each stage of the customer lifecycle.
• Regularly review the portfolio to timely detect new needs and provide timely financial solutions for customers.
• Proactively plan customer care to optimize exploitation and introduce products and services to meet needs and enhance business efficiency.

New Customer Development

• Proactively search for and approach potential customers, including both new and existing customers through channels such as referrals, strategic partners, seminars, events, and CRM data.
• Consult on financial products and services suitable for customer needs, close deals, and guide the onboarding process to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Coordinate closely with related sales forces such as Insurance, Credit, and Investment teams to build and provide comprehensive financial solutions under the one-stop service model.

Total Relationship Management

• Consult and deploy the investment and savings product portfolio including deposits, certificates of deposit, bonds, and funds suitable for risk appetite and financial goals.
• Provide personal credit solutions meeting customer capital needs with products such as home loans, secured consumer loans, and study abroad loans.
• Consult on financial planning and long-term wealth management to optimize asset value and grow net worth sustainably.

Risk Management and Compliance

• Fully implement requirements regarding customer records and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols.
• Ensure collection, update, and storage of customer records according to legal regulations and internal processes including FATCA and AML.
• Monitor and warn of abnormal transactions and timely detect suspicious activities.
• Proactively coordinate with relevant departments to handle incidents according to proper processes.
• Strictly comply with internal policies, processes, and regulations related to products, credit, operations, and customer information security.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

• College degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum 3 years (for Senior Executive), 2 years (for Senior), or 1 year (for Executive) of experience in serving high-end customers in the banking sector.
• Alternatively, minimum 2 years of experience in customer development roles within the finance and banking industry.
• Deep understanding of financial products including investment, insurance, and credit.
• Knowledge of wealth management and market trends.
