Job Description
Printing Preparation & Setup
- Prepare printing frames, align meshes, mix inks, and set up necessary materials according to production orders.
- Operate various printing machines (manual, semi-automatic, heat transfer, DTG, etc.) as per technical requirements.
- Conduct sample printing for approval, ensuring full alignment with customer artwork and specifications before mass production.
Production & Quality Assurance
- Monitor the entire printing process to ensure color accuracy, positioning precision, and stable quality.
- Identify and resolve printing issues such as color bleeding, misalignment, peeling, or fading.
- Coordinate with QC and QA teams to verify printed garments meet export quality standards.
Maintenance & Continuous Improvement
- Perform daily maintenance and cleaning of printing machines and tools.
- Propose improvements to printing processes, techniques, and materials to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Ensure proper use and storage of inks, adhesives, and chemicals in compliance with safety guidelines.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
- College or Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology, Textile Engineering, Dyeing & Chemical Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in garment printing operations.
Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of multiple printing methods:
- Screen Printing / Plastisol / Heat Transfer / Sublimation / Digital (DTG) / Foil / Flock / Puff / Special Effects.
- Knowledge of ink properties, curing, color matching, and fabric compatibility.
- Familiarity with machine operation, maintenance, and calibration.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, customer artwork, and production specifications.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in color and pattern alignment.
- Strong problem-solving skills for technical printing issues.
- Basic English proficiency (especially in reading technical documentation).
- Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet production deadlines.
