Job Description

Technical & Solution Support

• Analyze the complex technical requirements and specifications of various hospitality projects.
• Propose appropriate and highly effective system solutions, focusing heavily on Room Control Units (RCU), Smart Hotel solutions, ICT, ELV systems, and related MEP or building control systems.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documents, including concept drawings, system architecture, Bill of Materials (BOM), and detailed technical datasheets.
• Coordinate closely with factory and manufacturer technical teams to clarify specifications, system design, and overall project feasibility.

Sales & Project Execution

• Support the sales team extensively during technical presentations to project owners, design consultants, and contractors.
• Participate actively in technical meetings, design reviews, and tender clarification sessions to represent the company's solutions.
• Conduct detailed technical comparisons with competitors' products when strictly required to highlight competitive advantages.
• Follow projects meticulously from the initial design stage through to final solution implementation.

Communication & Internal Coordination

• Communicate directly and effectively in English with factory engineers and overseas technical teams via email, online meetings, and technical discussions.
• Coordinate internally with the sales, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure project alignment and adhere to strict timelines.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve any technical issues logically and systematically throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

Experience & Knowledge

• Proven experience working in pre-sales, technical support, or dynamic project-based environments is considered a strong advantage.
• Strong technical background specifically in RCU, Building Management Systems (BMS), AV/ICT, ELV, or related technical fields is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of hospitality projects and building infrastructure systems.

Skills & Competencies

• Good command of the English language across all skills (speaking, reading, and writing) to communicate directly with overseas technical teams and prepare professional documentation.
• Excellent ability to clearly present and confidently explain complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Well-versed in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
