Job Description

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

+ Manage inventories and ensure that material resources are consistent with production schedules.

+ Organize production according to demand and quality standards.

+ Ensure our goods are produced on time.

+ Well-versed in production procedures and ways to optimize them.

+ You is organized and results-driven with great problem-solving skills. Advanced communication and computer skills.

+ The goal is to ensure the smooth and cost-efficient flow of our production operations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

+ Developing production schedules based on demand forecasts to meet customer requirements.

+ Determining the required materials and generating purchase orders request.

+ Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.

+ Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials.

+ Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.

+ Communicating with other departments within the organization regarding production schedules and deadlines

+ Determine manpower, equipment needed to cover production demand.

+ Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.

+ Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.

+ Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)

+ Prepare and submit status and performance reports, analysis GAP between plan and actual.

+ Monitoring inventory levels.

+ Coordinating with sale team and warehouse team to arrange for delivery of finished products to customers.

+ Collaborate with sales, procurement, maintenance, production, quality control, warehouse.

Job Requirement

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

+ Proven experience as production planner.

+ Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.

+ Experience in MRP II (Manufacturing resource planning).

+ Good at excel, working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.

+ Good at math and statistics.

+ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

+ Excellent communication abilities.

+ Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field.

+ Ability to English communication.

+ It's also better if candidate has experience in feed or food industry.
